The staff and everyone was very helpful while I stayed in hospital.
Nothing to much for them.
If you ring the bell, and then. The person has to get another person. Time and time again no new person on the required item. ie head pain tables required. No revisite to inform you what is hapen.
"Do you re ring bell or wait?"
Excellent care from all round.
Care was good.
All staff helpful and friendly.
I was impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach of the surgeon and his staff in the operating theatre. Some of the nursing staff need to show more "interest" in those under their care.
All the staff took time to ask whether I was ok, and it made me feel comfortable.
Staff were very helpful and took time to answer any questions. Medical care and other care (ie washing, provision of drinks etc) very good. I think that a caring attitude towards the person as an individual is just as important as the medical care.
What could be improved: patients should be told they need credit/debit card to watch TV or lots of cash!
We were told the opposite- just bring a little cash.
Most nurses very gentle occasionally not quite so gentle.
